S101 is a mixed-use property developed by the company in the 1960s. It consists of a residential building with retail units on the ground floor and an office building with parking.
The asset is located on Syngrou Avenue, one of the major avenues in the capital, and known as the home for the headquarters of the country’s insurance companies. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, the Onassis Cultural Center, the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center, the Evgenides Foundation Planetarium, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, and the Marriott Hotel are also located on Syngrou, which connects the center of Athens to the seaside.
S101 sits between two of Athens’ most prominent structures: the Mario Botta-designed National Bank Insurance and the Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel.
The building is occupied by the social security e-government agency. The property has a total surface area of 9,238 sqm, which includes 4,153 sqm of underground space and 5,038 sqm of residential, retail, and office space spread across four levels and two wings.
