We embrace a tailored design-led practice that focuses primarily on the renewal and modernization of existing buildings. We aim at creating value through building energy-efficient and uplifting spaces in which people, businesses, and communities can thrive.
We are a group of common people, willing and able to achieve uncommon results.
We are a small team with big plans. We are always looking to grow our talent pool with people driven to achieve extraordinary results, who walk the talk, and who, above all, possess the quality of “making something out of nothing”. We create a work culture based on the values of persistence, resourcefulness, and integrity, and invest in shaping a dynamic, friendly, and flexible environment.
We’re focused on getting the important stuff done first. We are bold, act with courage, and demonstrate the resilience necessary to keep going no matter the odds or the circumstance. We find solutions (they’re out there!) and get the job done. We’ve always believed that we are better together. We operate with a shared purpose to constantly improve and grow and to become better as individuals, as teams, and as a company. We value and celebrate our exceptional team members.
When we succeed collectively, we all succeed individually. Everyone has a voice, and we listen to each other’s opinions.
We foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. We ask for and listen to feedback, and always provide it too. Our people have access to various developmental opportunities, empowering them to enhance their skills and reach their full potential. We’re dedicated to hiring diverse talent and ensuring that we treat it with respect. We embrace diversity and strive to create conditions that provide everyone with an equal opportunity to thrive.
