Every inspirational creation has a story to tell. Our new logo preserves the central idea of the original, based on the rendering of the letter “H” with striped geometric patterns used as decorative elements during antiquity. Its design rationalises the above direction regarding the lines’ thickness and proportions while adding the letter “P” to the composition, highlighting, as a final form, even more strongly the original reference to the decorative patterns.
Business-wise, the new logo signals a new round of funding and investments. Since 2019, we have successfully completed a round of investments focusing on redeveloping dated office buildings in green ones, as we successfully predicted the lack of quality office space and the need for energy efficiency in this sector.
“Having proof of concept under our belt, we are entering into new partnerships with our existing investors and have successfully added new ones, including our first institutional investor, who is anchoring our next round of investments. We aim to grow the organisation in the number and the size of projects. Our capabilities have multiplied, and our team has doubled in headcount over the past year. The environment is challenging for developers, but we want to prove that Greece is at a different point in the cycle than the rest of the Western world. It is worthy of attracting global capital as it’s working through the next stage of maturity, growth and depth, with many new investors coming in for its improved risk/reward profile,” Errikos Arones, Hellenic Properties CEO, notes.
