ART1, Dezeen Awards 2023

Another great moment for Hellenic Properties-developed project ART1, which has made it onto the Dezeen Awards 2023 sustainability shortlist.

From over 4,800 entries from 94 countries to Dezeen Awards this year, the ART1 office building at Marousi Athens is one of 93 sustainability projects in the running to win an award later this year for sustainable renovation.

Dezeen Awards is an annual awards programme identifying the world’s best architecture, interiors, design, and sustainability projects, as well as the studios and the individual architects and designers producing the most outstanding work.
